While searching for Vendors so that I can start selling candles that I make, I went to ****** and found a few sellers. I purchased from a seller 8 oz jars and they arrived 8 ounces. And then I found EAP Innovations based in PA. They were selling 12.5 oz ****** jars, 36 qty for $109.16 that is with the tax. I thought it was an okay deal and I planned to remain a customer since I am selling candles. That would have been nice. I purchased these jars, they arrived small. I compared them to 9.7 oz and 11.5 oz and sent pictures to show that the size is completely wrong! IT'S NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY ADVERTISED AND NOT WHAT I PURCHASED. I was approved to return the jars. So I did on 06/10/22. Before sending these jars back, I compared these jars to 8 oz jars since they honestly looked 8 oz's. These ****** jars that are advertised as 12.5 oz are only a little larger than 8 oz jars. I sent the jars back after a video of the content inside and this company along with ****** REMAINED SILENT AS IF THE JARS WERE NOT RETURNED ON 06/10/22. I honestly can never respect a company that scams people. None of that will be accepted and they cannot be used as my vendor going forward for any other purchases. And that's unfortunate since I sell candles and ALWAY need more jars and other supplies. I was approved to send the jars back, I am now being told NO REFUNDS. And being told the jars were 12.5 oz. NOPE, CORRECTION, THE SELLER SAID, "IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU PUT IN THEM". That alone says they were falsely advertised and weren't 12.5 oz. The jars alone should be larger, not smaller and what matters is size and advertisement being accurate... ATTACHED ARE THE ****** JARS IN THE MIDDLE AND IN THE BACKGROUND AS WELL. You will see the jars on both sides were different sizes and the small one is 9.7 oz. IN THE PICTURE EVEN THE 9.7 OZ JAR IS LARGER THAN THESE ****** JARS advertised as 12.5 oz. THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOW BE REPORTED...
