They never distributed the magazine to the golf communities as promised in the contract. They ceased all communication, stopped replying to questions, calls, emails, text messages, social media messages. I reported it to the police, internet crime complaint center, *** and now having to file civil suit against the owner *********************** to try and get my money back. They sent me one copy of the magazine. Again, it never got distributed as promised, I paid for a magazine to go out to all of the golf communities in Truckee, CA but that never happened.Customer response

I paid $650.00 for a Full Size Advertisement in their Alleged Magazine to be distributed locally for my Small Business. I am single mom entrepreneur who lives in subsidized housing because the cost of living is so high and difficult to manage with my business expenses and living prices. They sold me the ad via phone then failed to respond to my requests on timing and my ad after I send them my Ad I desired they never responded to any of my inquires about my ad or production. I have requested a refund for months with no response in return. I offered them more time to fulfill as an alternative to refund but never received a reply for either. I cannot afford to lose this much money from being scammed by a bad business with no customer service.
