  On Friday I went to this car was as I have done many times before. I got out of my car told the gentleman I would like the “Ritz” got my receipt and proceeded inside the establishment. I gathered the items I planned to purchase and stood in line. As my car was on the rails and was getting washed. The gentleman who drive my car in must’ve misaligned my vehicle and my driver side mirror was knocked completely off. Another Parton came into the store and asked me was my mirror off my car when I arrived and I said No! He said well it is not you should get out here. When I approached my vehicle the ******* man was holding my mirror asking me how it got broke! And I said are you serious? YOU BROKE IT! He disclaimed that he did not! Which was pack of lies! This man tried everything in the book to make me leave the car wash. He took no responsibility. Until two more people came in and their mirrors were broken as well. The Car Wash won’t give me any information. They’re giving me the run around. Won’t tell me who the owner/owners are. I will have to pay out of pocket for damages I didn’t cause. This is not how this is supposed to work.

  They've asked me for a favor to send over a response to the letter received regarding a complaint filed by **************************

  This incident was regarding *************;side view mirror being broken off from going through our carwash.

  The owner notified her that damages like that being caused by our machines is not likely since there are no malfunctions from the machines or every other vehicle that was behind hers would also be damaged. Regardless of that fact, the carwash offered to pay her for the damages to her side view mirror anyways.
  

  Although the carwash offered to remedy her for the damages, she took it upon herself to cause as scene at the business screaming profanities to the employees and all the customers at the location. Even the police arrived at the scene because she was so belligerent. She took the check to repair her side view mirror and was cashed.
