I purchased 2 tickets online via ****** **** for a play scheduled for 03/26/2023. Total was $317. My confirmation no. for the ticket sale is ************************************. The event was postponed due to renovations and I was informed by email on 3/17/2023 that if I could not reschedule for May 2023, I would receive a refund. I followed directions and responded to the email informing them that I could not reschedule and requested a refund. The refund was not made. I have made numerous attempts to contact the business requesting the refund. On 06/06/2023 another email was sent informing me that the refund would be made by 06/30/2023. As of this date (9/7/2023), I have not received a refund or another correspondence. I have lost trust in this business.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction- February 25th thru ********** Purchased six tickets for "The ********* ** ****" matinee show for March 18th, costing $762.00 The show was postponed on March 17th at 10:30pm via e-mail I saw the email on March 18th while in front of the venue. The theatre offered a refund or tickets could be used on a later date in May. I replied I wanted a refund which they responded on the March 20th, "Your request will be processed as soon as possible". I have sent at least 4 follow-up emails which they have yet to respond to. I have also tried calling, (************) which is out of service and the 800 number no one picked up and I was unable to leave a message. There has been no communication from them at all... PLEASE HELP!Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me in accordance to the attached letter. My refund should be issued by the end of this month. I will follow up with BBB.Regards,
