I had 2 contracts with Aramark: One for Coffee; One for Vending. Aramark pulled the vending contract, citing that it wasn't successful. (This was a contract where they kept 100% of revenue). When they pulled the vending services, they sent me an $11,000 bill. When I disputed the bill, they pulled my coffee services (separate contract) in retaliation. When I called the company to vocalize my concerns, they told me that's the way they do business, and that they'll escalate the issue to their legal team. They terminated the contract, then tried to penalize me. THEN they pulled a separate contract in retaliation. THEN they had the audacity to tell me they'll send their legal team after me? This is unacceptable behavior from a company who doesn't really know how to do business, it would seem.Review from Marquis B

Aramark frost bank center ***** ******** and ******* B are racist and very unprofessional. Our organization were volunteers and treated like animals. Never were we showed any Dignity or respect. Racial slurs and harassment by leadership. To be a volunteer and a minority organization to be treated like its 1940. People of color shouldnt work for this company until leadership is replaced by someone that dont see color!!Review from Round-A-Bout B

Worst company to work with. Tried canceling our service it has been a 2 month process so far, and now we find out today that we have more steps to do. To me that is just crooked and theft to not return calls and keep charging for service.Review from Mac M

Absolutely the worst Uniform Company I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my 40 plus years in the automotive industry. We are under contract for them to provide services they refuse to provide and yet bill us for each and every week. Now they insist on fighting the contract instead of ackowleding their failure to provide the service we are paying to receive. Run far and fast from their corrupt way of doing business.Update: 06-24-24 Now the ** has emailed me to threaten legal action on our company. Wow, they owe us money and refuse to provide the services we are charged and all we are trying to get is what is owed to us and get out of the contract becuae they can't provide service. Unbelievable company, I guess that explains the *** rating from the Better Business Bureau.Review from Caroline L

My husband worked for them for 3 days and got fired because his back was aching and he was merely fixing it so it wouldn't be so sore. They really don't care about their employees at all. The bosses are no different guarantee they stretch and do other things they're not supposed to. It's like bosses get away with murder while the employees get treated like garbage. Very unprofessional and selflessness. I hope they get their KARMA in the end.Review from Dawn D

If I could rate them less then 1 star I would, they are shady. Don't sign a uniform/linen contract with them unless you plan on combing every invoice with a fine tooth comb. They will increase your rates at will leaving a note on your invoice that you've had an increase in the smallest font they can find. your contract will say they can do this but that doesn't make it right, it just makes it legal. They charge you for services that they don't actually perform but because you're trying to run a business you aren't watching every delivery and reading all the fine print because with a reputable company you wouldn't have to. We get charged for mats that aren't being replaced, a first aid kit that's not looked at, random service charges, delivery charges, invoice minimums, products that aren't even in the building.Review from Josh C

This company really has no care towards their employees. They will s**** you over to no end. Honestly it's been the worst experience I have ever had working. They haven't cared about how the workers are treated AT ALL. I have no Healthcare which I need soon as possible since I have a kid on the way and they allow the bosses to treat you like s*** I get yelled and cursed at by the bosses all the time. Aramark is having some real issues from the top of the chain. For some reason they care more about money than their workers (not unlike a lot of businesses) and when made aware of harassment, lack of professionalism, sexism, discrimination, or low pay they will fire you or retaliate against you. Especially the Aramark jobs affiliated with ******* they only care about managers and nothing else. Keep an eye out, because it looks like Im not the only one saying this.Review from Joe E

I am writing this review on behalf of my son who is the Autism Spectrum and is looking for a job as a food service worker. We saw an opening for him at a hospital (near our home) whose food service is run by Aramark.Aramark's AI Assistant (*****) scheduled a phone interview for him. It kept him updated on when his interview would take place. We have set aside time so that he could be prepared to do the telephone interview. Unfortunately, when it came time for the interview, no calls arrived. It has been been a frustratingh experience for my son. When we tried to inquire as to why no calls were made, the AI assistant kept giving us the run around. There was no telephone number or actual live person to talk to. At this time, using AI to streamline costs and efficiently are definitely not working. This makes the process for trying to get people witih disabilities to work not high on the list of priorities.************* boards and hospitals take inclusion matters into consideration when contracting out their services to companies like this.
