      Ive been with this bank for over 15 years. Ive grown to realize that this bank has not benefited me in ways that other banks offer. During my transition to my new bank, *** has allowed several banks to overdraft transactions and charging my overdraft fees week later. Ive never opted in for overdraft protection. Tried resolving the issue and customer service held up two hours of my time and went out there way to go against me.

      I have a vehicle financed through ***, no other accounts. They decided to use my bank account to pay someone elses mortgage. The amount was more than $1500, when we questioned this they told me that the money would be back in my account in 24 to 48 hours, we are now 1 month later and still don't have the money. Not sure what more needs to be said, we have contacted the people in charge at the *** ************ they insured we would have the money back every week since the day it happened, that means nothing. I just want my money back!!!!!!! Simple request.

      PNC of *********, ****************. This bank contacted me about a Fraudulent charge, I have returned called as YES my charges and went through all Verification 3 times ina row,The consultants are Incapable of speaking clearly . And the almost end of call, I am Cut off and wasted to *** and money

      After being a customer for years, ******************** has recently started to put a hold on my clients checks when I deposit them, stating they are trying to protect my account from fraud. These are not even large checks, and I have NEVER had any check from my clients bounce. I drove 1500 miles to purchase a horse for a client, spending $900 in fuel, just to have a sudden hold put on their check days after I deposited it. I was unable to remove their funds to buy their horse and had to come back home empty-handed. Since this instance, they have put a hold on another client check that was only $1000. People need their income to pay their bills and suddenly placing a hold on a deposit that you made days ago is just ridiculous and unfair. If a clients check bounces then we go after that client for all of the fees. its not up to the bank to say whether I get my money or not. Ive already opened the account at a new bank, but unfortunately now I have checks on hold still after 10 days in my *** account that I cannot touch. This is why I no longer put money in the bank unless I absolutely have to.

      I opened an account online on October 9th 2024 and 36 hrs later I found out the account had been closed. The lady in operations on October 22nd was rude and a very snotty attitude. I had the decision to bring all accounts both business and personal after a friend referred them to me. But if their lack of transparency was going to be an issue; I would not bring my accounts there. First and foremost I was treated like I did something wrong.

      One of the worst banks in *******, I wish I had gotten rid of my account sooner. Their pending transactions are a manipulative way of taking money from your account when you have less, instead of when you actually paid for it, and hope you won't notice. I want my money refunded, and the overdrafts taken off my record. Also their processing time for transactions that are instant are so behind they charged me 2 days later for money they already taken out. They deserve their 1 star reviews in fact they deserve less.

      After banking with Pnc for over 4years I had recently stopped my payroll from going to it until they tightened security because my account had been susceptible to hackers (fraud) on several occasions getting a new debit card didn’t stop these actions. It just started to put random small amounts of money in it however the account still ended up $20 in the negative I received no notice however I received a account closure upon contacting them to pay the debt I wasn’t aware I was initially told that due activity no fault of mine they had to open me a new one instead of the old one and then I was told that they would not do basically I’m being denied a account due hackers

      Poor service My son had his checks stolen out of his mailbox earlier this year. Someone wrote a check for ****** . *** got his money back and said they would cancel remaining checks to ensure this did not happen again. Well on July 15th someone wrote another check from the batch that was supposed to be cancelled for ******. It is now October 7th and *** has not got his money back yet ?? Nothing but excuses from ***

      $30k auto refi they fed ex check then refused ****** cashing it. They said refi instead of new so different dept.2nd hard hit they denied due to what they had done bouncing my check(they told me it was their fault).weeks later I have damaged credit,no loan and scared to apply at another bank because of the damage they ********* I'm over paying on my $160,000 in car ********* was once a great bank.Those days are gone
