I paid for a custom art piece to be made on Oct 14, 2021 but when it was shipped, FedEX lost the item. Further research was done by Mr R********* and myself that resulted in Fed EX finally making the decision to send a refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact Mr R********* via phone calls, voicemails, texting, and emails from several platforms to no avail. His answering service states that he is not available every time. He keeps giving excuses that his Zelle is not working properly and wont use any other tools to pay like CashApp ,Vemno, ect. I have been very patient with him but this has gone on long enough. It could be easily resolved but its obvious that he is ignoring my requests on every level. Please, I'm asking for some help to resolve this issue that has now become a headache. Since April 2023 I have made 73 calls and countless emails to communicate a resolution to this refund issue with no end in sight. June 10/2023 was the last response via email that I received from Mr R*********.Business response

Per the above case. The party ***** ******** stated the following...

Can *** ******** produce said documents he stated in his complaint of FedEx decision to send a refund? The documents don't exist, he nor I have ever sent a refund, or correspondence from FedEx of a refund. Can he please produce that document from FedEx? If he has no as stated documents for this factor alone this complaint needs to be removed immediately.
I attached copies of the actual art produced, artwork sign off forms, shipping labels, emails of the finished product that was all given to *** ********* This is a $200-300 project, 73 calls is excessive if he called that much he never hit my extension 1911 as I told him personally when we spoke for over 20 minutes last month and is on all of my emails we had. I even offered to remake the sign but he didn't want it remade (see attached).
This issue is with FedEx not Big Splat Graphics. Big Splat Graphics fulfilled all obligations in this matter and need FedEx to take responsibility and action. This complaint should be directed at FedEx. You can see where the package was last at some Walgreens in TN.
