Back in 09/2021 I went to Forbes Regional ** due to an ear infection. I waited for 4hrs to be seen. I was seen by a PA for exactly 2 minutes and I told her I had an ear infection, she looked in my ear and agreed, wrote me a script for antibiotics and ear drops, as I was walking out, I was chased down by a female stating I needed to pay my copay. My husband fussed at her and said he has never seen a hospital rep chase down a patient for money, she mumbled something under her breath and my husband paid her ****** cash. Today I got an alert from Experian stating there was a new account on my credit report...I looked at it and it was from ***************** Services, LLC. I immediately called them and asked them what this was for, they told me for a Forbes ** back in Sept of 2021. Then proceeded to explain that since AHN billing for the physicians that they could collect the monies from, AHN SOLD them the debt and they put it on my credit report. This company knew what I was seen for, who I saw, my name, address, phone, date of birth, and social secruity number, it was VERY ALARMING that AHN would give them all that information. just to collect for $79.00, but no one could tell me where the money went that my husband paid as we were being chased down before we left the hospital. I feel like there is a law protecting patient information, everyone knows about it, but apparently AHN does not. Will never go back to AHN...even if my life depended on it...they just want money and don't care about patient relationships at ALL and they proven that.

I had an appointment w/ AHN Wexford so they could drain my right ear (which has been done there before). They ended up doing a standard physical and referred me to an ENT doctor named **************. My appointment w/ ************** was several weeks later and upon arrival I was told I had a deductible of $80. I asked if there would be any other charges after I left and I was told there would not be since my ear was simply being cleaned. I was called into the examination room and ************** proceeded to ask me the standard health questions and then more specific ones regarding why I was in. ************** drained my ear and her service and was helpful and I was in the examination room for no more than *********************** the waiting room afterwards for 5 minutes due to dizziness. My complaint stems from the fact that several weeks after the appointment I received a **** from ****************** office for $457. The breakdown of charges were $319 for outpatient care and $138 for surgery. I proceeded to speak w/ AHN billing and my insurance provider both of whom were unable to give me an explanation for the charges. I called ****************** office multiple times afterwards for direct feedback and after several attempts an assistant of hers called back and informed me ****************** boss would be calling me. I hadn't heard anything from her boss for a week and then proceeded to call ****************** office again. Another one of the assistant's stated ****************** boss would be calling me and had sent her a follow-up personally. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for ****************** boss to call me and it originally took 2 weeks for ****************** office to get back to me all-together. To be charged $457 for having my ear cleaned is the very definition of medical price gouging and borderline fraudulent behavior. I will continue to appeal this w/ my insurance provider until I can be provided w/ an actual explanation or once the charges incurred are dropped.

They offered to settle my entire **** for $1200. They explicitly said we were not eligible for a payment plan. I made the payment of $1200 while relying on these statements by their clerk. But then I got an email weeks later for an additional $900 for the doctor which is separate from the facility. Also, the **** came with an option for a payment plan. I disputed the $1200 **** with my credit card because it was made on reliance of deceptive statements. Before the dispute was closed, I received another **** for $1900. They stated the $1900 **** is a rebill for the $1200, admitting they wanted payment before the $1200 is refunded or the dispute resolved either way. The $1900 rebill for the facility charges also comes with a payment plan option. Had they not lied to take my money I would have used the payment plan. I am waiting for the credit card company to render a decision on the dispute. The credit card company has advised me not to pay the $1900 **** yet, but I dread that in the coming weeks they will demand payment or report it on my credit. This hospital will lie and wrong you in hopes of beating up people who can't defend themselves. When I called for a simple explanation of what these bills were for the rep was unprofessional, insulting, and underhanded. She put me on hold twice without asking if it was ok. The first time it was 5 minutes just to look up my account. The second time without me asking and against my objection, she took it upon herself to look for a rep which she claimed I had talked to previously, allegedly to prove to me I had been informed of some secondary fact she was focusing on. After 10 minutes I hung up and called back multiple times, but they weren't answering. I believe I should be entitled to enforce the original offer which I accepted. The settlement of all charges resulting from the stay for $1,200.

They don't help patients. They harm them. While in mental health, I received threats, death threats, harassment, was held against my will, my right to a lawyer was denied, security officers planted things in my room so staff and other patients could frame me, they brainwashed me, drugged me, broke HIPPA, etc. Instead of helping me, they made my mental health worse. What twisted evil demented b*stards. Then the plandemic started. They couldn't even get their scripts right from CDC. Telling us only to wear masks for 20 mins at a time. Now we wear 'em all day because the *********** brainwashes us with their mind control tactics. If they tell us the 20 min rule and that is based off their years of experience, then that is more believable than CDCs lies that is fed from the elites to control the sheep. When the "care" team contacted me, of course they denied most of these events.
