The Cafe dishwasher was bought on 02/19/24 and delivery on 2/27/24 The dishwasher was installed the same day Lacher Renovations.The machine was left running for appprox 3 1/2 hours Called Wayne the sales man told be to cut the power off He called a service tech and he arrived next Thursday and did not really know what was wrong He called the service department and the service dept was here and A main board was defeat and a water sensor, I have never used this dishwasher I called Dormont and Wayne told Cafe has to replace it NOT TRUE! Cafe said Dormont is to replace it Never heard a EMail Lettler orA CALL!! Called my credit card company and Dormont states THR EVIDENCE RECEIVED SHOWS THE MERCHANDISE DELIVERED UNDAMAGED!! HOW COULD IT BE UNDAMAGED!! The 3 techs were to install PARTS!!! I never had a problem like this I am recentyl lost my husband and on a limitted budget The ladt Cafe lasted 13 Years and never had a problem with it until Dec 23 I do not know how these people stay in business I will never Buy from Dormont againBusiness response

We are very sorry to have disappointed a customer and especially so during a time of loss. The dishwasher was not approved for an exchange because it was successfully repaired and it has had no reported failures since then. We strive to make every appliance purchase a seamless and enjoyable experience. Given the nature of the products that we carry there is always a chance of getting a product that requires service. It is for that reason we make ourselves available to assist customers with any product issues. In this case the salesman worked with the customer and the manufacturer to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We are able to provide supporting documentation if requested. We are also very interested in keeping a good relationship and if there are ever any more issues with the dishwasher we encourage her to contact us for assistance. Thank you.Customer response
