On 12/16/2023, I visited the Standard Market and Pint House and paid with the inKind app. My credit card was also inadvertently charged. Thus, producing a double payment on my credit card statement. I contacted the company via email and heard nothing for a week. I emailed them to see if they got my email and was quickly contacted by Kelly G****** who apologized and assured me that they would forward my email to the general manager of the restaurant for assistance. I was quickly contacted by Rachel H******** who told me that she found my order and would be happy to refund me if I sent over a picture of my credit card statement showing the double payment. I emailed her back the picture with red circles around the payments. To this date I have not been refunded nor have I heard back from Rachel. I emailed her a week after our initial conversation asking for an update and was ghosted again. I called and left a voicemail a week after that and was ghosted again. I texted the restaurant a week later and was ghosted yet again. So, as you can see, I have given this company numerous opportunities to right a wrong. I just want some respect for my time and money in the form of a refund. I am not asking for anything special. I paid twice for 1 transaction and I'd like my money back that is all. It's really as simple as that. I will attach all screenshots of my claims to provide a paper trail, so you don't have to take my word for it, you can read the facts for yourself.?Customer response

The business that I filed a complaint against has reached out to me personally and has given me a full refund. I don’t know if the compliant can now be deleted or marked as resolved but I got the satisfactory resolution that I wanted.
