      Beware of these degenerates they are unethical and did a shoddy job completing my Duplex roof there are still leaking occurring and they are busy leaving threating voice mails about the ************************************* no one came to inspect the job nor ask did i like the quality of work after it was complete but after the December 3rd home game ********** was a tremendous amount of rain that came and my bathroom was leaking. please rectify the leak.

      Im not sure why he would ask us to return and work on his roof after he calls us degenerates and unethical. The true story is that ******* was invoiced for work done on his roof on November 15th. He did not pay his bill and would not respond to phone calls that we made. He did go on our website and applied online for financing for his project, but was denied because of bad credit. So that led us to believe that he hired us to complete work that he did not have the money for, even though our written agreement states that he will pay his bill in full upon completion of the job. He finally contacted us in person yesterday, December 6th, asking to make payments to us, and for the first time, mentioned that he has another leak. We were nice enough to agree that he could make payments, even though that is NOT our policy, but told him that if he does not actually make the payments and his account continues to be delinquent, that our first step is having our collections agency handle his overdue **** and then contacting the magistrate. We also told him we could send someone back out to look at this new leak, but we were just told about this yesterday. He immediately went on BBB to create this false complaint and had his neighbor go onto ****** to leave our company a bad review as well, even though we did not do any work for his neighbor. If ******* needed more repair work done, he should have paid his bill from the first invoice, actually told us he had a leak weeks ago, and asked us to come back out and take a look, which we would have done.

      If you want a company to ignore your requests on when you will be put on the schedule, come to your home without notice to do the work (when you no longer need their services, and you aren't home), leave nasty messages on your cell phone, and say "there was a miscommunication" when they failed to communicate at all, this is your company!

      ******, I'm confused by your review. On April 11th, you gave us written confirmation that you would like to proceed with the work that we estimated in order to fix your roof and your gutter. Although you saw that your phone number was written incorrectly on your paperwork, you chose not to say anything, thus, all three of our voicemails to you letting you know what day we were coming out to perform the work did not get through. The work was not performed until May 11th, which allowed you an entire month to call into the office and cancel if you so wished to. Voicemails were being left for you up until the day before the work was performed. When you complained about not being notified and we explained what happened, we offered to give you a discount just for the slight inconvenience it caused, even though that could have been taken care of if you had let us know about your phone number being recorded incorrectly. Also, our agreement does not state anything about notification at a certain point before work is performed, that is something we provide as a courtesy, not something that is guaranteed in our written estimate. But we tried to appease you anyway, and you were perfectly fine accepting our discounted service rate when we discussed it with you and were happy the work was performed and that your roof and gutter are now fixed. And you also actually asked us about wanting an estimate for a completely new roof. We didn't realize you still weren't happy until you decided that you didn't want to pay the **** at all, and so we're not sure why that is being that you had services provided at a lower rate than what you agreed to. If you are now unable to pay your ****, we are more than happy to discuss different payment options in order to accommodate you even further. We're glad that we were able to fix your roofing and gutter issues, but we are not able to waive an entire invoice because the voicemails we left you were not received.
