Took several kids to the wheel mill, 6 kids a few adults. Paid $32 for each kid to ride. At one point the kids were being assaulted buy a older guy by ramming his bike into them bc he didnt like how they wasnt againt the wall. At that time i confronted the guy, manager **** got involved and told us to leave, at that time i tried to explain the guy was bulling the little 12 year old kids. **** did not want to hear it. Kicked us all out and left the grown man that was hitting kids stay. And was rufused a refund. Emailed the managers and no reply or calls returned.Business response

I took the time to interview numerous witnesses from Sunday. They all gave very similar accounts of what was going on: A group of kids who refused to let any other riders enter or exit the jump line peacefully and without confrontation. The kids repeatedly ignored polite requests from different adults that they cooperate with other riders to allow for a smooth flow of traffic. In fact, there were multiple instances where they actually turned their bikes sideways to form a type of blockade to make it even harder for the other riders to get on and off of the trail. This all culminated in one of the kids putting his bike in front of a rider exiting the jump line, causing a collision. All of the witnesses noted that the child started mouthing off at this point, and the adult rider said that they needed to talk to his parents about his attitude.
The adult rider exited the deck to go speak with you at which point other witnesses confirm that you immediately started yelling at him and tried to get him to go outside to fight him. Witnesses go on to confirm that you and your friend continued to yell and threaten when our manager, ****, attempted to intervene. They also confirm that you refused to leave (a private business) when asked repeatedly by our manager.
Our customers were disgusted and shocked by your group's behavior. We don't tolerate that kind of behavior from children or adults. You were all asked to leave, and the police confirmed that none of you are permitted to return to our premises. Your shouting and refusal to leave our business was also recorded on the 911 call, as the operator, after hearing your ranting, decided that they should stay on the line the entire time.
