On Saturday June 3rd I went to my storage unit that I have had for years. Only to find it locked with some type of Red Gadget that was stopping me from putting my key in. I tried to go to the office but it was locked with a sign on it stating they would not be opened the 3rd 4th & fifth. Which means they would not be open until Tuesday. I went home & called the corporate office & spoke with a man named Robert, He stated he had no reason why the unit had a lock on it since it was paid on May 26th my usual due date. He said he would have someone call me back to get it unlocked that was at 12pm I never received a call back I called again at 4:18pm & spoke with Alexis she said she was merely an answering service & could not help me. I spoke a lady named Candy on June 7th and she basically screamed & yelled at me because she said her brother was in a coma & basically she doesn't think my unit was ever red locked I may have just had the wrong unit I explained to her I had that unit for years & I even stopped the maintenance man that was driving around in a golf cart. I explained to her I really needed my fans because it was extremely hot. This business lacks professionalism & managers that understands the customer's needs. I want my bill to be credited for my inconvenience. This complaint is for 1555 Brinton Rd. Forest Hills Pa 15221 PH#*** ********
