Stay Away from this dump and it's bunch of garbage sellers. We were scammed by this crooked dealer whose salesman lied about the condition of the car. After 2 days, we returned the car and demanded the return of our $1000 down payment. Left messages 5 times for an Arnes and a **************, finance mgr. Neither of these bums ever called us. We will get a lawyer and *** these bums; we bet they will pay attention to the judge. Why is the ***** ALLOWING THIS CROOKED DEALER TO CONTINUE TO CHEAT AND SCAM CITIZENS? IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY IT, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH ***** REGULATORS SUCH AS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, AND "WARN" OTHERS ABOUT THIS CROOKED USED JUNK CAR DEALER. DON'T LET THESE CROOKS HURT YOUR FRIENDS.Review from Tarren T

I told them specifically I only wanted my credit tan ONE time. The woman assured me theyd do just that and its only be a soft inquiry. Its been over a month and Im still getting letter from random finance companies and banks about how they ran my credit through them. Now I have numerous dings and hard inquiries on my credit. They are untrustworthy and shady

I literally stress myself out at the thought of buying a car. I stopped there already giving myself a headache at the thought of going through the buying process. We started to look around and was approached immediately by a sales associate which almost never happens. He listened to our concerns and our expectations. My credit is not the best and I'm self employed so it made financing difficult. I was getting very frustrated with the approval process and being turned down. At this point I was sitting with the finance guy who could see my frustration. I don't know how he did it but after working some things out he was able to finance me. I couldnt believe it. He made it super easy and a confortable process. I'm super excited about my VW Jetta and still in shock that they were able to make it happen for me. Thanks Felini Auto for such a great experience. horrible dealership. they pretend to be friendly but once the vehicle is purchased its another story. it is illegal to sell vehicles that are not road worthy but they hide behind the as is without specifying any issues with vehicles. buy at your own risk as ive been in a battle with them for over a year. even had a court ordered judgement against them which they refuse to still take fault leaving me paying for a vehicle that is not in my possession. truly shady people to deal with.Fellini Auto Sales & Service, LLC Response

The customer service was amazing. Not only do they work great with online services. Their an actual team designed to make your car buying experience the best. They make sure your kept up to date with all the latest info of your car buying experience via text or phone. Their superb when it comes to maintaining your vehicle as it goes through its life with you. Give the same respect, and have an understanding that car buying isnt cheap and your going to need to spend some money. As well of an understanding of the fact that when financing a car the sales person sitting across from you has no control over the financing part, and even if you dont get approved for a 2021 *** m3 with 200$ down with 3 repos, horrible credit and a terrible payment history. Its not their fault. Nor is it their situation they got themselves in. As long as you remember those things you will be set for success with these guys!!:)Review from Stephanie M

First class treatment all the way through the purchasing process! ****** was very friendly, attentive, answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was undecided on which vehicle to purchase even though it was bitter cold he walked around the lot several times with me unitl I found the vehicle I wanted. It was a little over my budget. We went inside , he explained my situation to another employee ( im sorry I forgot his name) He was also very kind. Within a half hour he had me financed . While checking over the car they noticed a small amount of corrosion on the battery, they replaced it right there. I was the best experience I ave ever had purchasing a car from a lot. I’ve have thoroughly went through all kinds of points in this business and as they are not perfect and are a family company, they really have it together and has what it takes, I spoke closely with the gentlemen who runs this place and has great ideas and some action in place to further provide serviced vehicles to the public and most importantly my family, I love the people, just enough professionalism and great attitude. Plus THE CARS ARE SERVICED!!! And come with a great warranty that I used already and was taken care of. Love Them!!!
