      Very disappointed in the service department. I spoke with **** and he set up an appointment for me to get a chip fixed in my windshield. He told me that the glass company would come out on 11/24 and I could drop my car off at 8:15. My husband arrives promptly at 8:15 and the ************ look at him like he has two heads! Then another guy approaches him and asked him what hes here for and he says to get the chip in our windshield fixed. This employee responds with well, I dont know what you want me to do about that. How incredibly rude! Nobody has any idea about this appointment, they bring in a sales guy named **** and my husband said no it was a service guy named **** who we spoke with! Then we come to find out that the glass company wont be able to arrive until **** pm and we already have plans since its the holiday weekend! We had to reschedule for a week day when both of us work and didnt even get an apology for how rude they were.

      This business overcharged us on parts for a muffler and pipe replacement by $336.00.The markups charged were more than double the price charged by the supplier for the same parts.Go to Valley Honda in *********** if you can help it.

      Terrible, -Told one price over the phone and after driving over 40 miles and losing a days work they raised the price over 1500.00 dollars.Don’t deal with them-liars

      They're crooks. Had to send complwint to AG office and they were forced to reimburse. I took my car there with part already bought. My return valve was leaking from my power steering. When I picked up my part from auto zone they gave my the wrong hose. They gave me a hugh pressure hose. I just had that replaced somewhere else 2 months prior. I dropped my car off and went to breakfast. Instead if them calling ne and saying hey this is the wrong part. The broke my brand-new high pressure hose then explained ut was my fault for not getting estimate done with them and then I had to pay twice. I had to pay them for breaking a new part off and then pay to have the clearly leaking hose fixed. When I complained to mechanic and service girl they smirked and laughed. The manager basically told me this was all my fault. Terrible experience strait crooks with a very crooked service manager.
