I purchased my home from Classic in 2022. They have far exceeded our expectations. The customer service team (Dawn and Christine to name a few) Have been wonderful to family and I. Issues that we had being new home owners were quickly addressed. I am extremely grateful and would recommend this company to anyone.Review from Dwight C.

I recently had a home built by theis company in 2021 . Moved in in 2022 and since then I've noticed several things that are not supposed to be as a new homeowner I've never experienced anything like this. Quality is not what you get excuses it's what you exactly receive the warranty is self servicing for them because nothing is done until the warranty is nearly expiring and even there the things that you are asked to do is not something a new home buyer should be asked to do. I recommend my b coworker and honesty I wish I would have never did that because as his home is being built he's going through the same exact things.Review from Patrice G

I purchased a home from Classic quality home last year. We noticed a lot of repairs are needed to be done during the walk-through. I was told That they will address the repair before 30 days. No one never came. Every time I emailed or called everyone was always Busy. Dawn customer service is horrible. Once they get the money they don't care about you as a customer anymore they will sell you a dream up until Closing. They left equipment on my property level the ground they left holes in the ground and they remove some trees I am unable to go in my backyard. They left tree all around, dead trees up. Cracks are all around the house. Throughout the house is creaking sound from the floor. The first time I vacuum the house the carpet came up. I feel like they took Advantage of me as a first time home buyer. This is not a company you want to build your dream home. My basement and garage always flooding. the walls are they didn't finish.Review from Mark M.

This is for Classic Quality Homes Central PA. Unfortunately they are not listed on the site but are affiliated with the businesses out in the Poconos. They are family members. We do not recommend Classic Quality Homes of Central PA. Unfortunately our review is too long to list here, but it is posted under their reviews on Facebook. Somehow it was switched from doesn't recommend to recommends, but the honest review is still listed. Save yourself a lot of headaches and read the review. ************************************************************************
