The beginning of October I scheduled a flooring installation with *****. They sent someone out to take measurements and give me a quote. October 21, 2022 i paid $4,072.74 for the installation and since that date once a week every i recieved an email stating they were still waiting on product due to global supply chain delays. The first week of December i called ****** flooring department asking for a status update.the woman i spoke to said the delivery was coming to them 12/12/22. After 12/12 i received the same email stating they were still waiting on product. I called ****** again and the man i spoke to said they were just waiting on confirmation that they received the products. After that phone call i received yet another email saying they were still waiting on products. January 6th i called ****** and told customer service if the installation isn't going to happen this month I'd like to cancel and receive a full refund, and she said she would pass the message along. 01/09/23 i called ****** again to cancel, The flooring manager told me they had everything and were ready schedule my installation and were waiting on Ultimate Home Services. Less than 24 hours after that phone call UHS sent yet another email saying they were still waiting on product. 01/13/23 i go into Lowes to cancel. they walked in the back to make sure they had everything and didn't deliver it to my house, again confirming that they have the products that were received 12/12/22. After 2 hours of waiting and a $523 restocking fee i canceled and got my refund minus the $523.00. Following the cancellation the very next day UHS sends me another email saying they have the products now and are ready to schedule. UHS wasted my time and my money. I will be pursing UHS/***** to get my $523 back.Initial Complaint

The business was hired (for $741.31) by ***** to install carpet in three rooms in our home. During installation, the contractors put a hole in my door. I have atte.pted to resolve the issue (damages) with the business, however, have not recieved a response.
