      This has been the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered cheer uniforms and paid with a school check, the check was CASHED but the uniforms were never put into production. Our cheerleaders missed their first game and our uniforms are still not ready (I was promised they would be ready Oct 11th) it is Oct 16th and they are still not finished. We will more than likely miss the majority of our games due to this company. I am so disappointed. Ive tried to talk to managers, emailed, and called multiple times to try to get the issues resolved with no resolution. PLEASE do yourself and your squad a favor and RUN from this company. Its terrible.

      I ordered cheer shoes for my daughter end of July and was told they are back ordered but would be in before the season started. Waited and waited and then called again finally last week (mid September) the original rep said “oh those are coming in 2 weeks” I opted to cancel instead of waiting so he forwarded me to a tier 2 rep. She advised me they won’t be in until February 2023 and then cancelled the order. A week later now and still no refund. This place is terrible.

      I ordered 85 Jackets from Omnicheer in October. I told the rep that we were a Rec Organization and nonprofit. In an email, I asked him specifically if he would accept a purchase order since we are a Rec program. He said yes. So I put the order in. In January, I still had not gotten the jackets, so when I asked rep, he looked into it and said they were never made because he can only take a purchase order from a school and not a rec program!!! So I waited three months for jackets and they weren’t even being made. Nobody told me. He said he would speak to the higher ups. Finally, he said they would make an exception and make the jackets and accept the purchase order. It is March and I still do not have the jackets. I emailed them at the beginning of February asking where the jackets are and the rep said he would get back to me. He never did. So I emailed him again at the end of February, two more times. He never even responded. What kind of business is this? I cannot get a response. I want to know where the jackets are.

      I’d like to share with everyone what horrible customer service Omni Cheer has. My 15 year old daughter spent her hard earned money on a cheer backpack $65.85 to be exact. She ordered this bag on 9/19/21. Today 12/19/21 I am writing this because we have yet to receive the bag. I reached out to them via email and by phone multiple times requesting a full refund and still she has not received one yet. When I talked to (3) different people via phone I was told the same thing they will look into where the bag is and get back to me via email. I have not received any response emails concerning this matter. At this point I’m very disappointed in their customer service. It was an item that was personalized and did state it may take up to 3 weeks to receive which is totally understandable. I even thought maybe longer because of COVID-19 and the whole mail issue. Not to mention when you call and wait an hour it has you leave a message and disconnects you after wasting your time!! I’m not one to complain but her (football) cheer season has passed and no bag. My daughter wants a refund now. I sadly will no longer be doing business with them anymore!
