Order #: SYL00087342 Order Date: 11/9/2023 Item: H1SL.BX2 Order Amount: $117.27 Card ************ 6561 RMA: ******** ***** Tracking for Return: ************ ***** Tracking Date Delivered back to Sylvania: 1/11/2024 I am looking for an answer as to why my refund has yet to appear in my aacount. I have spoken to the following people at Sylvania and keep getting the run around. (*******, ****** ********* *******). I was told on 1/31 via email my return would be issued on 2/1 within 3-5 business days. This has not been the case. This issue has been on going since end of Nov early December. I sent back the product via the ***** tracking number provided. Was told by all 4 that you have the product. After my phone call today (2/12/24) with ****************** was told that the funds have yet to be refunded. I have called many times, emailed many times, but still have no answer. I just want my money back for the product I returned and no longer have.Initial Complaint
