My husband passed away on January 18, 2024. He had a subscription with Hot Rod Magazine. I talked to Gladys on February 27, 2024 about a refund to the subscription. They cancelled the account, the auto renewable and a check for $29.98 would be sent with arrival of 2-3 weeks. I called back and talked to John on April 4 2024 they said check was sent and to callback on April 30, 2024 if I have not received the check. I called back on April 30, 2024, since I still have not received the check. Yko said she was forwarding to upper management and call back if check has not been received by May 21, 2024. I e-mailed Motor Trend on May 21, 2024 about this issue. I have not received a reply as of this date. This has been a trying time for me, and I would like to get this settled.
