On 5/12/2022 I placed an order with Hobby Rails online system. I tried to contact them many times by phone all I got was answering service which told me same story every time I called that someone would contact me. That never happened. The reason for the call was to inform them they had a problem with their online system would not accept any credit cards. I got a Money order for 153.80 mailed it to them to cover the cost of my order. Currently the US Postal Service is tracing the Money Order. Waiting for results of the trace. I emailed Hobby Rails about 30 times or more and no response. I called in using this number ###-###-#### and only get answering service which tells me the same story over and over. I called *** *** **** and that number is out of service. I have no way of contacting them directly and the answering services is useless.
