My children received $75 gift card as Christmas gift and tried to use it today 4/23/22 but they didn't accept it. The email clearly stated that it doesn't expire.Business response

Hello! I apologize for the delay in responding to this complaint. We are the new owners of this Urban Air location and have been busy getting things on track and making new changes to the park. We are aware that this customer came into the Delco park and requested to redeem an email with a gift card redemption code. However, this gift card was purchased almost 3 years ago and that system has not been operational for over 2 years as they switched to a different provider for gift cards. Multiple emails were sent out giving guests 6 months to come into the park and use the code on their email to get the physical plastic card that could be used anytime in the future at the park. They were also informed on 4 different occasions that this was a necessary step to keep the value of the card. This was all done under previous ownership and neither they, or we as new owners, has access to see if this code was previously redeemed since they company that ran the system is now defunct.I am sorry the guest is unable to use their card but as new owners of this location their is nothing we can do to assist.Thank you,Heather P****Urban Air Delco###-###-####Initial Complaint

I have health issues and asked for my membership to be canceled. They told me the only way To get it canceled is if I move.
