I have been reading all these negative reviews and I must say I am shocked because my experience has been just the opposite. I called him twice in past and would give him an A+ rating. However I just called him this morning and voicemail was not a business message. Did he go out of business? Hope not. I really like him.Review from Cathy K.

Would give 0 stars if i it let me..from reading reviews appears im in the same place as others..choice home warranty assigned this company to my home and he never showed or even bothered to call...i dont want to even get started about this terrible home warranty let alone this terrible plumbing company that can't be bothered to show to a job they were assigned to!! Terrible service. Seemed nice the first time but the second time he did NOT finish the job. He said he would be back and of course he disappeared! Does not answer his phone. After further checking I realized he broke one of our faucets and frankly I dont he knew what he was doing. Do not hire him !Review from Karen L

I would give zero stars if possible. Why bother to accept an assignment with a home warranty company if you arent going to show up when multiple appointments are made. If the job is too small for you, dont accept assignment. I now have to start at the beginning to get repair on my water heater for a claim filed 6 weeks ago. I filed a claim with this company. The work he did do was not done right and has not been completed. When I call he doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls. They are contracted through Choice Home warranty. When you contact Choice Home Warranty I feel I get the run around. I will be canceling my contract.Review from Tara M

We belong to Choice Home Warranty so when we have an issue they contact a contractor and the contractor comes to assess the situations and fixes it. We have had 3 things in our home already fixed by contractors hired by the **************** and not a single issue. Bajack Plumbing came to my home on 12-28-2021 for a water heater issue and hasn't been back since! The claim is that it's a part but 2 MONTHS without a solution for my water heater!! AND you aren't contacting me for a solution!! Ridiculous!!Review from Pamela B

We hired Bajack plumbing to do a few plumbing jobs for my parents including fixing a gas leak, the outdoor hose hookup, fixing a garbage disposal and a leaky faucet. ***** was able to fix everything quickly and did a great job! He was reliable and had a friendly demeanor. We will definitely use Bajack Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend them.
