The so-called "expert" technician that was here didn't even know the difference between a single phase & 3 phase motor. Tried to say freon was low without even weighing the system. Inaccurate in cost explanation. All he was interested in doing was upselling. Basically I spent $400 & am still without AC. I would strongly suggest anyone to avoid this know nothing company.Business response

When our technician arrived, your system would not turn on at all. He determined that the capacitor needed to be replaced which would allow the unit to start. You were told there may be more issues to be found once we could run the unit. You did authorize that repair and once the unit was running, it was determined you were low on refrigerant. You then declined that repair. We do not need to "weigh the system" to determine proper refrigerant charge. We determine proper refrigerant charge in your type of system in cooling mode by measuring super heat and sub-cooling, then comparing that to what the manufacturer requires. This is the proper way to determine the charge of a system which you can investigate on your own. The single phase/three phase remark is a misunderstanding on your part regarding the conversation you had about the three windings of your compressor. We are sorry you feel the way you do. Our technician was thorough and professional.
