'On 01/29/22 I traveled with my 3 sons ages 21, 18 and 17 to Union Dale, Pa. Our plan was to evening/night ski on the 29th and ski again all day the following day the 30th. We arrived at Elk Mountain Ski Resort at about 5:00PM. I approached the outside lift ticket window and told the agent how much skiing we intended to do and asked what our best option was for purchasing our lift tickets. She told me I needed a 2 day ticket. I then asked what age was required for a child ticket. She told me the child ticket was under age 18. I told her we needed 3 adult and 1 child ticket. She charged me $552.00 ,which I paid in cash and she gave me the 4 lift tickets. The lift ticket prices are not posted in plain sight for anyone to see. We subsequently consulted Elk Mt website and determined that the age for a child ticket includes age 18 and and an adult evening ticket is $45 while an adult all day ticket is $83. Child lift tickets are $45 and $70 respectively. So I believe I should have paid $486.00. Later in the evening I approached the inside customer counter. I told the evening supervisor that I believed I was overcharged. She responded something like what do you want me to do about it ? "That's your problem. She said the manager,****, would be in the next day. The next day I again tried for resolution at the customer counter. **** was not available. The girl tried figure out what I was owed. She came up with $24.00 and placed the cash on the counter. I insisted that was still incorrect. She got a sheet of paper and attempted to do the math again. She then came back with $45.00 which she placed on the counter and walked away refusing to talk anymore to me. The amount is still short of the $66.00 I am owed. Since then I have called 6 times. The first time I was put on hold were I remained for 15 minutes before hanging up. The next call was unanswered. I tried the next day. The first call the girl asked my name then hung upBusiness response

*** * said he had 3 adults and one child with him and asked what would be his best option for skiing all night and the full next day in order to avoid any lines on Saturday. He was given the option of the 2 consecutive day ticket, which is what most customers prefer on a weekend visit. Requested purchase
Adult 2-Day Open to Close $144 ***** Adult 2-Day
$144 *** Adult 2-Day
$144 ***** Child 2-Day
$120 *****
$552 If ***** purchased Night tickets and day tickets for the following day as two adults and two children
Adult Night $45 Adult Night $45 Child Night $45 Child Night $45

The difference between the purchase of the 2-day tickets and purchasing tickets each day of the visit would be $66.
*** * was verbally abusive with the ticket seller at first because he was upset the prices were not posted. *** * then complained to the female shift supervisor about the lack of signage for prices and she did respond "I don't know what you want me to do. The GM will be in tomorrow."
*** * then told the shift supervisor to F' off and walked away. *** * returned the next morning. The ticket manager tried to help him with the cost difference. He commented on the lack of brains the night shift people have. The ticket manager asked why he was cursing at the girls, he replied he didn't. The ticket manager told *** * the camera footage was reviewed and he was cursing at them. *** * responded "maybe I did so what." The ticket manager continued with the calculations.
At first the ticket manager thought it was a $24 or $27 difference and gave him $24 in cash. *** * continued to question the cost and the ticket manager then calculated a $69 difference. The ticket manager gave him another $45 cash after that and he said was that so F'ing hard. He walked away with the $69. ***** was refunded $2 more than he should have.
The ticket manager reported the incident to the general manager. The general manager asked for *** *'s phone number. The general manager called *** * later
that afternoon. *** * did not answer. The general manger left a message.
manager called *** * later
