I ordered a tree from Santa's best online. The tree is not the quality that I expected for the price and I'd like to return it. I've contacted the company via messenger with no response. I've contacted the company using the customer service email and phone number listed on their site but the phone number is not in service and there was no response from the email. I'd like some response from the company regarding directions to return this item for a refund. The order # is ***** place on October 4th.Initial Complaint

I purchased an ****** *** *** 7.5' Frasier Fir flocked tree on 8/22/2021. Attacged are the screenshots from my order. I used it only for last Christmas and it already doesn't light up anymore. I purchased the tree for $490.71, which includes the taxes as well as shipping and handling. I have tried e-mailing the address given to me by HSN to this company and was told that this tree has a 2 year warranty, but my emails have gone unanswered. I would like a replacement tree. I can provide any other necessary supporting documentation. The order number is ********** and the item number is ******.
