Due to an incident that occurred on Sunday March 27 2022. I would like to address that we were mistreated, harassed and discriminated in this altercation. My friends, my boyfriend and I did not proceed down a trail that was proclaimed to be closed off. There was no signage indicating that the trail was closed and when everyone stormed out to tell us that we were not suppose to be on that trail, we listened and came back. The way the entire situation went down was completely absurd and absolutely unprofessional! It could’ve been handled completely different. We were hollered at even though we were complying with your terms. We were then further harassed to show our tickets as if we were trespassing, even though no one was scanning all day, and we never went down, we weren’t even strapped into our equipment at that time. My friends and I were constantly being threatened by the staff, that we were going to be blacklisted for something we didn’t even do, and finally we were insulted by one staff members who proceeded to call us stupid! We were highly offended by this and didn’t deserve to be treated in that manor. We we’re told to come back and not go down the trail or we’d be blacklisted. Meanwhile several other riders went down anyways and nothing was done to them. We met up with those riders in the parking lot to find out, but no one else was blacklisted or poorly treated the way we were and again we didn’t even go down the mountain. If this is how you treat your loyal season pass holders of 5+ year, then I feel the need to address this to the public. To resolve this issue I would like a formal apology to myself and my friends from Jack Frost Big Boulder and a refund of some sort since our season was inappropriately cut short. We’re being wrongfully punished for something we didn’t do, we were humiliated and worst of all verbally abused and harassed!
