My husband went to Universal Dentistry in May 2022 for a consult for dental implants. His teeth were pulled in June 2022. The facility wanted all of the money up front. Close to $24,000. We paid this in 2022. The only thing my husband has had done since June 2022 after extraction are the screws for the implants. They were supposed to be put in today, May 1, 2023, but has been cancelled again. Almost every appointment has been cancelled and delayed. We have missed monumental celebrations due to him not having teeth. He has been unable to eat solid food in almost a year. The doctor and staff that we started with are all gone. I feel like we have been robbed.Initial Complaint

I had a tooth pulled and bridge made Previously. Another dentist tried to do the same, but really damaged the area and universal dentistry had to redo it. They did a great job. But. Now, less than a yr later, bridge is loosening up I moved to another state, but called the office where this was done. I feel, that. If it has to be done a Third time, they should pay for it. As it should have lasted more than a year. I keep calling the office and leaving a message, with no response. I can't afford yo pay another few thousand dollars for this again. I also had to pay upfront
