Customer submitted a ******************** warranty claim for a Bostitch BTCK410L2 tool kit. Customer advised it was a gift and did not have the requested proof of purchase, so photos were requested. Please note the customer submitted what appear to be the same internet photos of the BTCK410L2 tools that were submitted for a different BBB complaint# ******** under customer name *********************************** (and *************************). We are sending a return label to retrieve the subject tools for examination. We will evaluate this warranty claim when the tools are returned.Initial Complaint

Looking to warranty my bostitch 18V LITHIUM 2 TOOL ************** COMBO KIT seeing the drill dont work with my old battery and the battery that came with dont work and it came in a set and the battery stoped working that came with it and the charger dos not work and I want the set replaced and my husband contacted us in my name I belive. On ur website and I no he gave every thing u need to to start it so the warranty and. U did nothing and been a while seems he did I talked to my lawyer and my lawyer says seens we have all u need to be able to do the warranty and u have not and the calls to us that my family recorded show u treat us. Bad u need replace it or we will file paper for court so will o me more then just the setBusiness response

We contacted the customer and informed them the ********************** tools were discontinued. Customer accepted new comparable ********* tools to resolve this matter that have been ordered. Customer will receive new ********* tool kit shortly.Customer response

I would take that set that u offered me but I would like a better set then that one u offered me with the tools u r willing to send but I would like a better set seeing I thing the tools ur sending r not as good as the tools I had so if u could send a drill and impact drive just as good if not better then one ones I had with batteries and charger or chargers and back or a better set that great if not will take the one u offered me see I would have even no I want one that the drill driver and impact driver r just as good if not better then what I had thank u

Customer *********************************** (and *************************) submitted a BBB warranty claim for a Bostitch BTCK410L2 tool kit. Customer has a history of submitting multiple warranty complaints with our company. We requested proof of purchase and photos of the tools. Customer has not provided the proof of purchase. Customer submitted what appear to be internet photos of the tools. These photos appear to be the same photos submitted for BBB complaint#******** under ************************************ Even so, we agree to send the customer a new ****** Cable ********* as a final courtesy per the customers request for replacement tools. Customer then responded advising they would like better tools. We advised the customer to refuse the previous order for consideration of different tools. Customer advised they would keep the ********* kit already sent.
Customer understands future warranty claim consideration will only be given once their tools are returned to a ********************** for examination.Customer response

FAQ send the better drills and on the same day the better drill get here I will send back the ones I got see my Neighbor in the one that got the packaging not me so I couldnt refuse it so if you send me the stuff to send it back, I will send it back and you can send me the better drills, thank you or could you send me the ******* and stuff at the same time to send back the other drills that way I can send them back with the driver as soon as he drops off the new ones see my neighbor got my package not me so I couldnt refuse it please right back to me asap
