I paid for future dog training services after I had already received an email from owner stating a full refund would be given if on the first day I decided to cancel. When I went to cancel owner refunded me $1200 less then what I paid claiming processing fees. No where on the website or in any email from the owner was there any mention of a processing fee. Also there was no explanation of how they came up with the processing fee and when I asked for clarification, owner threatened with a restraining order.Business response

Client canceled her large abundance of booked appointments, which she had previously made through two credit card purchases. I then sent a refund check, minus processing fees. The day after I told her that the check had been sent, she performed a credit card callback (canceled credit card purchase) through her credit card company (of which I have proof). She then confirmed receiving the check refund and demanded more money be sent - via dozens of texts (I have documented proof of those transaction). At this point, her credit card company has notified me of her credit card callback and she has a refund check from my company - of which I have put a hold on, pending her credit card company's decision on her requested callback.
She then notified me that the check I had sent was not enough, demanded more money, and began to defame my good company's name on ****** reviews. And now, she has made a complete credit card callback; and has received a refund check; all the while I am awaiting her credit card company's decision for the payment callback. I honestly feel that this person is attempting Grand theft while blackmailing -intimidating me by defaming my company's name.
As you can see by my good history with BBB as well as my abundance of 5 star ratings - with NO dissatisfied customers, I do run my business in good faith.
