      I purchased furniture from here and had it delivered Monday. 10/16. When they delivered it, they put two holes in my wall and ceiling! Now mind you, I have An apartment. So I might Not get my security deposit back. Anyway, Ive been trying to get my delivery fee back because no its taking multiple days to fix and I was Charged with canceling a drs. Appointment last minute because they werent prepared to fix it. But the district manager doesnt want to call me back and *** been calling him since Tuesday to talk to him. Im not happy. Happy with the furniture but not happy with what had happened when they delivered. They were struggling and clearly didnt bring in the couch the proper way.

      I purchased a living room set but I had not received it yet nor was it delivered and I called to cancel my order then they tell me that there is a no refund policy, well how can you charge my credit card when I didn't even have the furniture yet so I filed a complaint with my credit card company now I have to go through the hassle. It's not like they will lose it anything it hadn't even left the warehouse yet I found something better quality for Less the money. Nobody told me that there was a no refund policy and then they staple your receipt on top of the other receipt where it tells you there was no refund policy nobody bothered to tell me that when I got there. I should have known better to buy from there because I had trouble with them before and I had forgotten it was with them. I would say more but I'm going to be in trouble if I say anything more because I don't have any other nice choice words to say

      Just got off the phone with who might be the Sales Representative. Very rude. Not helpful. Gave me attitude. Can't be confident that they would help me if I did purchase from them. Going elsewhere for the same product.

      i want to start off saying never ever to do any buying furniture from these people,they are horrible.we bought a white sectional couch worth 5.8K grand and also 2 barstools where they prodly said insurance is free for first five years and then after six months we call them asking we feel the corner sectional is caving in...no reply and after 3 months its more worse and we call them they literally put the blame on montage to take care and the montgae company says the manufacturer has to take cares ,we are making international move and wanted it to be fixed so te technician comes says he will file a report and nothing .montage company makes you wait literally 1 **** hr on phone to get to a human and finally they say both of them the manufacturer and the insurance say they are not responsible to fix it .I REGRET NOT BUYING IN ANY OTHER PLACE OTHER THAN THIS PATHETIC STORE WITH THEIR PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.HORRILE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PATHETIC PEOPLE.PLS DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
