On July10, 2024 Jeffrey ****** visited our home to provide service on a Kitchen Aid refrigerator "in the door ice maker" At that time we paid him $675.00. He returned on July 25, replaced several parts, collected another $684.00 and said it should produce ice cubes in 24 hours or less. It DID NOT. I provided him with the Kitchen Aid tech support toll free number and he was told the wrong board was used. Received a call from Jeffrey several weeks ago, stating he had the correct board and gave me an appointment date. HE NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER PHONED AND NEVER TEXTED. HE PRESENTLHY DOES NOT RETRN MY PHONE CALLS.Initial Complaint

I hire them to repair my dryer ...He claimed I needed two sensors ...He told me I'm all set and charged me a total for dryer of $210.. when he left I tried to dry clothes and still no heat ...never was repaired..I reached out to him and his son to give them a chance to properly repair it and they chose to block my number and RIP me off...I have been very patient with them and I have all text to prove they had no intention to resolve this problem...I had the dryer properly repaired a few days ago and it never needed sensors it was the heater coils...I would like a refund
