I had signed a contract with ********************* at affordable fencing on 5/18/20 to replace my wooden fence with vinyl and a gate. The cost came to $3050 with a year warranty. After numerous delays due to ordering supplies, the fence was installed on 9/18/20. He had rushed that day and forgot to install a whole panel. I called him back, he finished the missing panel. Days later, there was a light storm. Parts of the fence came completely undone. I called ****. He came by once to reassemble those parts. With each storm, the same parts were coming undone. I asked him to fix the whole fence properly because nothing was lined up correctly and not enough cement was used and the posts werent dug properly. The gate that was installed is a complete mess. Its hardware completely came apart and the gate wont close. He said hed come by in the spring to fix it all. When the spring time came he would evade my calls and texts. I had my husband call from a different number, which he answered, and said hed be by that weekend to fix it. He never showed up. I tried to reach out to him multiple times. He now has my number blocked. He also had posted his own fake reviews of his company online (using the name *********************). Id like him to repair the work truly properly or a refund.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
