Today I went to pick up a prescription that was ready to be picked up. We chose to use the drive Thru. After waiting in line for 30 minutes and the car at the window had shut down his vehicle, we were able to leave the queue and go inside. Was told that their computer system was down. I was angry that they allowed a guy to sit in his car when there were 5 cars in queue waiting for service. Any other time I have been told that if the wait is to be longer than a few minutes to go park and come back in 5 minutes. But no they allowed this guy to sit there while everyone else was assuming that the employees were just being lazy. And yes they were lazy. There were 5 of them just standing around doing nothing. Do you think that they could at least send someone out to inform the other 5 cars of the problem. I was told that it would be at least another hour before any service could be restored. This lack of attention to the customer is unacceptable. I was mocked, jeered and grinned at because I was angry that nobody would inform anyone else of the issue. Why did they allow this guy to sit in his car? Why did they not go out and inform the other drivers. It is all comes down to pure laziness and lack of any customer care. When I told them that I would be contacking the store manager ******************, they just laughed and jeered telling me to go ahead.Review from Lori J

The customer service just keeps getting worse. Pharmacies in general are horrible but this place is the top of the list. First they started closing for lunch, apparently because they dont have enough pharmacists to work each store. (Aka, we dont wanna pay a decent wage so we cant attract and retain people). When you call the store with an issue youre sent through a queue from ****, finally directing you to the app.. which if it provided the information needed, we wouldnt have to call. NOW, you cant even reach a real live person you have to leave a voicemail and WAIT for a return call. I called at 4:00pm and they close soon, so will I get a call back before the end of the day? Probably not!!! There are so many ways to make prescriptions easier, but these fools (all pharmacies) are working from a model that my grandparents used. They need to step into this century and start using tech to their advantage why cant there be a video pharmacist on duty during lunch so that they can still dispense medications (on the off chance that someone needs a consult). BTW in 40 years of getting prescriptions I have NEVER once had a consultation. Why not pick up lockers for reoccurring prescriptions. Bar code opens the door.. asks about consultation. Pay at the kiosk. Boom done. Pay attention to Amazon. Or youll be out of business like every other brick and mortar these days. This generation does not stand for stupid business nonsense. Theyll go somewhere else and you wont need extra pharmacists because youll be closed down. EDIT: the app said that my Rx was being held up and to contact the pharmacy. Turns out it was in progress and just hadnt been filled. Thanks a lot for the extra stress CVS. Ill be moving my business to *********.Review from Lorena M

Review for CVS Pharmacy Voice Activation System I recently had the misfortune of using the new voice activation system at CVS Pharmacy, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. This system is a major inconvenience and is far from working properly.Firstly, the system consistently fails to recognize simple commands, even when spoken clearly and slowly. I found myself repeating the same instructions multiple times, only to be met with the system's constant misunderstanding. This wasted a significant amount of my time and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. The interface is also not user-friendly. The prompts are lengthy and complicated, making the whole process even more cumbersome. I had to navigate through numerous irrelevant options before getting to the one I needed, which was a tedious ordeal. To make matters worse, there is no option to speak to a live representative. When the system fails, which it often does, there's no way to quickly get the help of a human. This lack of support exacerbates the frustration and makes the experience even more unpleasant.Overall, the voice activation system at CVS Pharmacy is a huge disappointment. It is unreliable, inefficient, and more of a hindrance than a help. CVS needs to seriously reconsider the implementation of this technology and focus on improving its accuracy and user experience. Until then, I will be avoiding this service and recommending others do the same.Review from Richard A

The store manager does not practice equality and fairness. She abused her authority in the form of harassment, insults, and calling the police and having me trespassed, in front of my 5yr old daughter. While using the self checkout stand I noticed ****** (store manager) watching me however I continued with my purchase. The system did not apply a coupon and while I was attempting to figure it out ****** walks up asking me if I spent $70... This further indicates how close she was watching. I asked what was I needing to spend $70 for to which she replied "in order to use these coupons you need to spend $70, 30 plus 40 is 70..." I asked her if giving me a math equation was necessary. She suspended my transaction at self checkout and took my things to a cash register.. I did not request nor intended on her doing this. She continued to throw the same math equation at me as I was still unclear as to one thing, my coupon not processing the way it normally does. From there she became incredibly frustrated and said that she was calling the police. I was in shock. Not only did she call the police but also told them that she wanted me trespassed. I obviously became very alarmed, and instantly my morale dropped. My daughter began crying and had grown scared when just 5 minutes prior she was laughing and asking me to buy her everything in the store. ****** sarcastically said wait for the police as they were on their way and stating that she was not intimidated by me. There was no other staff present however when Sheriff arrived I noticed the same associate who had greeted me and was being very nice to my daughter speaking with him. I was told by the Sheriff that they wanted me trespassed and that I am not to come back to the store. I am very distraught from this experience. ********************** and abuse of authority was the causing factor. I shop CVS regularly and have shopped this store on occasion. I am requesting this is investigated and proper resolution be rendered.Review from Derrick S

I was in line to pick up my mom's prescription and was in line around 1:24pm. There were 2 other cars in front of me. I told them I came to pick up a prescription. I asked if they could take me real quickly and they said no because I was on my lunch break. She pulls down the gate and tells me I have to come back after 2pm. If they have someone in line then close the gate on them, they should have someone to come out to notify people about this and tell them to come in. They should let people know.Review from Aretha L

Worst pharmacy staff and manager team ever encountered. They are rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. They don't know how to communicate and lack customer service skills. There was an issue with a series of antibiotics I was prescribed and the pharmacy gave me more medications than I needed. I experienced serious side effects. When I attempted to discuss it the pharmacy manager, she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. There is absolutely no accountability and they are terrible people.Review from Jairus T

This company is a piece of garbage. They closed the store where I was working and, when I applied for unemployment, they challenged it saying that I left voluntarily. How do I voluntarily leave a job they eliminated?
