I initiated a project with BJ's Home Improvement 7/7/2022. Quickly thereafter, a contractor was assigned to my project and within a week they visited my house to get an estimate. Within 2 days, the estimate was finalized and I was able to see the details through BJ's Home Improvement portal. A part of the requirements for the project, is for me, the customer, to purchase the materials including vinyl flooring, underlayment, etc. prior to the project and in home for at least 2 days before the installation begins. The other condition is I buy the materials offered through BJs. For 4 weeks, I have called the contractor and BJ's Home Improvement and still have no direction on how to purchase the materials for my project. The BJ's Home Improvement site does not enable me to purchase the vinyl. I can't order through the contractor. I have already financed the project and paid the deposit. The only thing holding me up is purchasing the materials.
