I contacted Antonio which is the owner of company to take 7 down 7 TVs and transport to my other home and mount on the walls. All TVs were mounted and paid owner. When my oldest daughter went to turn on her tv the tv was cracked and no picture was showing I immediately contacted Antonio and he said he was going to contact his partner as he was the one that mounted my daughters tv and I also advised him he had he tv propped up on the back of a box spring. Which he had no knowledge of. He contacted me back and promised my daughter he would replace the tv and mount the new one as my daughters tv didn’t work and she couldn’t watch tv that was thursday the 11th.He said he would come Monday the 15th I spoke with him said his wife had an appointment and would contact me after. I have been contacting him back from that day leaving messages and also advised him he could just pay for replacement of the tv and I would find someone else to mount it. I sent him a cash app request and several messages and replies unanswered.
