Well I didn’t do my research before purchasing but once I got rings and needed to exchange I saw all of the terrible reviews. I need to get smaller sizes for the rings I ordered and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. I’ve tried reaching out via Instagram and also haven’t heard. Seems the terrible reviews are correct. I wouldn’t buy from here you will get scammed.Review from Devyn L

Zero stars if possible. 9 stones fell out after 1 day. I was also careful not to wear the ring while cooking or working out. Unbelievably bad service. They won't let me exchange or return the ring. Lastly, they blocked me after I posted negative comments on their Instagram page. Avoid shopping with Everly Rings.Review from Laura S

Very Very terrible quality! Stones fell out within days. Not to mention it is a terrible excuse for a simulated diamond. There are some awesome simulated diamond options out there, Everly Rings is NOT one of them. Please don't waste your hard earned money.Review from Jumana A

*Absolutely* horrible service and product. I wish I had checked reviews of this before ordering! Will definitely be telling people to actively AVOID this site. Seriously, don't do it.
I had placed an order for 3 rings. Beautiful pieces and fit perfectly what I had wanted in a ring (and had not found in real engagement rings elsewhere!). Unfortunately, I had chosen a slightly smaller size so I inquired for an exchange. In the exchange, one ring had *already* had missing stone while still in the package! Thankfully, they sent me a replacement for that. But then when I wore the main ring for quite literally 2.5 days, one of its large stones fell out. I emailed them, yet again, about this problem of fallen stones. They claim that my order fell outside the "30 day warranty" even though I just get gotten this exchange ring less than 2 weeks before. I tell them as such and now I no longer receive any replies to any of my emails.
You'd have better luck ordering a ring off ****** if you want to keep your real one safe.
