Tuesday, June 11, 2024 We made a purchase two products totalling $599.50. The saleswomen, Sarah, had provided a sample to my husband and my self while in the store. Later in the day my husband had a reaction to the product. The next day, June 12, 2024, I tried to return the product. Sarah said she need to call someone and she would call me back regarding the return. I gave her the benefit of doubt. She never called me back. Note: I had her call me while there to verify I had her number on my phone and she had mine. My husband went back to the store on Thursday, June 13, 2024. He was told the manager was not in and to come back on Friday, June 14 at noon when the manager would be there to enter the code for the return, etc. Upon returning on June 14, the manager was NOT in and would not be in until Monday per Sarah. At this point in time, my husband left the product with Sarah - took a photo of her with the products and left stating we would dispute the charge since they were giving us the run around and NOT providing a refund \ return. I called my bank on 6/14/24 and disputed the charges.
