I have prepaid thousands of dollars for Botox. Botox should be injected every 3 months to maintain it's effectiveness. 3 times now Columbia Laser and Aesthetics has canceled the service 1 or 2 days prior to my appointment date. Now, I had an appointment tomorrow, October 15, and when I called to confirm, the person who answered the phone asked me if I received an email informing me that all Botox services are canceled until at least January. They email advertisements all the time and I cannot find the cancellation email among them. It could be there, but it really doesn't matter. On the phone today I nicely said I'd like to speak to someone about a refund. The woman on the phone promptly told me I could not have one because they have a no return policy. I said, "even when you're not able to provide the service I paid for?" She simply, more abruptly, told me they give no refunds. I paid for a service. They can't provide it. I am unable to pay someone else for it, and shouldn't have to even if I could! I want my money back. Please help me. Thanks for your consideration, Kate.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: It is unacceptable, This business should not be able to take money for services they cannot provide. They are stealing from people, including me.

I purchased a service (Botox) They cannot provide this service per an email they sent. I called on numerous occasions to make an appointment and was put off several times. When I finally did make an appointment, they sent out the email stating they could not provide the service until next year. They said they would not give out refunds. They did say I could use my money for another service they offer. I do not want another service. I want what I paid for. My complaint is, if a company offers a service, they should provide it in a timely manner. I purchased this last yearBusiness response

We do not offer refunds. We also did not say we wouldn’t provide this service any longer, we said we had to put it on hold. People will receive Botox appts within the next few months.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have tried numerous times to schedule an appointment. Each time they said they would get back with me I even asked for Angela (the owner)to call me. No response. I received the email from themIn August, and they said it would be the first of the yearBefore they could provide this service . I did not purchase this service for it to be used one year later. I am requesting a refund since I have been trying to make an appointment for the service I purchased I needed this done several months ago. I expect a business that offers a service to be able to provide the service in a timely manner.Sincerely,

I have purchased many units of Botox from this company. They allow me to 'bank' units for future use. They have now cancelled my appointment to receive the Botox that I purchased, and refuse to allow me to set an appointment to receive the product they sold me and I paid for. The company is refusing to refund my money, or allow me to receive the product. They are holding my money interest free and refusing to provide the service I paid for.Business response

All clients were notified that this service was being put on hold. We do not offer refunds but clients can use the money towards other services or products or can wait until we resume Injections within a month or two. We have not refused. We also do not guarantee a time frame for the use of banked Botox. The injectors are not full time employees. The injectors come at their will.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: you are refusing to provide services you promoted and sold to me. I understand you are unable due to lack of injectors, whether you are unable or unwilling, I am not able to receive a service/product you sold me and I paid you for in good faith. Giving a vague “maybe someday we can fulfill it” is not acceptable. I do not need nor want any other service. I will escalate this until I receive refund or Botox. This is horrendous treatment of a long time loyal customer. I routinely refer this company. Never again. I will make it my mission to make sure this never happens to anyone else.

I made a complaint on their website months ago. Recently I paid to get service done to give me a second chance. The tech tells me that there is a electrical problem and she will call me back next week. The unprofessionalism that is being encourage just doesn’t there students or the company. I just called again to schedule an appointment with a new tech they tell me that i cant be schedule because i filed a complaint and i can’t receive my refund because they don't give out refunds. I will not go into details but we have the right to not see clients. This client acted inappropriately on multiple occasions. She was refunded yesterday. Via her original payment form. Her complaint is based less.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not act inappropriately to anyone. Nor did I disrespect any of there techs while i was being seen. The owner refused to speak to me several times to resolve any issues I had. Therefore i made a complaint. They refused to do any other service with me because I made a complaint. I hope in the future that the owner is more willing to help their clients fully understand their services and prices changes before they conduct a service to a client. Also I would like to apologize to the student and solely blame the owner for her lack of response to my complaint at any given moment. Thank you for the refund.
