              There have been some misdeeds and damage done to my car when I had a miss-sized tire replaced on December 13, 2022. The only way the damage on my door could have happened is most likely it was opened onto an object that got jammed under the door and lifted up with some force, I suspect the door was opened onto some object causing the door to uplift causing the door to jam on the latch that supports one end and bent on the underside of the door. That was the first thing I noticed when I got into the car after the tire was replaced, that my door was catching on the jamb when I closed the door. The scratch damage to the inside of the door in two places could have only occurred when some sort of object was used to bend the damage in an opposite direction causing more obvious damage, which went horribly bad.               Took my truck to Pope Davis tire in Lexington only for it to sit there for a week never to be looked at. The employees are liars. They will tell you that the "ticket" is in a mechanics hand one day and then 3 days later the truck still hasn't even been looked at. If they don't hang up on you, they keep you on hold for almost 30mins. They're customer service is horrible. And the manager David never returns customers phone calls. The only reason I took my truck back to this place was bc the compressor was under warranty. I guess that's why they don't care bc they're not getting any money out of me. Please avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!
