I am 100% happy with working w/RARE! I found them on BBB. They are responsive, professional and have hardworking crews.I hope I never have to replace/repair our roof again but would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof replaced.

We called 3 other companies. All were nice but none were as prompt as Roof and Restoration Experts, LLC. They listened to what we needed and did exactly as they said they would. ************ we have had. they came in quietly, did their job efficiently, if we didn't hear them on the roof, we wouldn't have known they were there! They worked hard, with barely a break. Frankly, after having other work done on my house, they were the BEST! Oh, and they cleaned up like they were never there. Called RARE and 3 other contractors in need of a new roof quickly and on a budget. He Provide a quote same day that was less than 3 other quotes and roof was installed within 7 days. He was even able to save me $ by offering alternative options. His team left the property spotless and the roof looks awesome! I will be using RARE for any future roof and exterior projects. Our 1st Replacement ***************** *R.A.R.E. was not the first roofer on our list, but was first to respond day of call.*Immediately tarped roof, where damage & leak occurred after heavy storms and more on the way.*Assisted and held our hand contacting & filing insurance claim.*On site when insurance assessor physically surveyed damage.*Provided written estimates for roofing repair/replacement etc. same day as requested.********************-on inspector, full-time during installation.*Hard-Efficient-working crew arrived at 8:15 AM and completed entire roofing project including gutter work, concealed roof damage, and thorough cleanup of surrounding yard and shrubberycrew on their way home by 5:15 PM1-DAY??I sat out on the edge of the street watching this well oiled machine workwhich is R.A.R.E. to see these days??4.5.2024Friday RDAjRoof And Restoration Experts, LLC Response

I was not aware of this company, but I contacted them based upon their rating with the Better Business Bureau. Even though they were located approximately 50 miles away they were very cooperative and quickly gave me a very competitive offer, arrived on time, completed the project earlier than expected, despite their supplier initially delivered the wrong shingles which delayed their installation. They did an outstanding job of cleaning up the old roofing materials, including not leaving ********* around my house. If I chose only one word to describe my experience, it would be, unbelievable!!! I have had several experiences recently with reroofing residences, and this is by far the best I have ever had. *** and his team were outstanding. They provided multiple aerial photographs throughout the process so I could see precisely what was going on.I strongly recommend them. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with.
