12/23/23- I picked up dog from Lonnie who informed me on 12/22/22 that the dog was only and labradoodle and goldendoodle double doodle mix that will be on the smaller low 30ish pounds size. I learned through face book today per his claim that he own ********** Poodles on Facebook page that information he told me is not true. The dog is those breeds I mentioned and also Aussiedoodle but I also verbally asked on telephone and Lonnie never informed me me the dog was mixed with Aussiedoodle or else I would have NEVER purchased. I sent the following text to him since he would not answer my phone call 12/24/22 as follows: I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed it was very important if Tyler is double doodle he only would be labradoodle and Goldendoodle but I looked on fb page and found that he isn’t based off the ad from a long while back. I specifically asked if the mix was Goldendoodle and labradoodle and Lonnie told me yes. That is unfair and misguided and though he is sweet I do not want any Aussie mix at all and that's very unfortunate what can be done asap to fix this matter. He needs to come back to you and refund back my money please and figure out how to meet as I live 4 hours away and should not have to take the fall to return him fully back to Simpsonville from Raleigh. I also asked about weight and was trying to stay away from 45-50 pounds in size and Lonnie informed me 30-35ish in size. Still have not received any updates from him like I did prior to the sale when he was so responsive since I have made him aware I proof of information i have - I want full refund of $669.15 and I want him to take dog back asapInitial Complaint

I sent Joevaughn "Sonnie" M******* 2000.00 for a french bulldog on November 3, 2021. He refuses to provide me with the animal or to refund my money.
