I bought laminate flooring from ****** *********** and the install, they use SW Contractors for he install(**** ****** **** Lane, Richmond VA 23230) they sent a man who ruined my floor by hitting it with a hammer and chipping over 17 spots. they agreed to redo the whole floor. by this time its mid march, they agreed to send a man from the company whom i had met and he had tried to fix some of the problems. time comes and they send someone different who takes sat and Sunday and did not finish, they set another appointment for this weekend, they emailed me to say they had to finish someone elses floor and wont be showing up on this sat. i have been walking on subflooring for over a week. this company is the absolute worst in customer service. i have already paid so I have no recourse. Can you Please HEPL me.

They gave me a small $350.00 refund, iam not happy with that at all.
