We purchased a $100 gift card from Lululemon for my daughter's birthday. The gift card was paid for and a receipt provided. A couple of weeks later my daughter picked out clothing and tried to pay with the gift card. The clerk said the card had zero balance. My daughter explained that it hadn't been used before and should have $100 on it. The clerk told my daughter that she would have to call the gift card company and gave her the number. My daughter ended up having to use her own credit card for the purchase since the gift card would not work. I went into the store today (approximately 2 weeks later) to have the gift card refunded. I had my receipt and the gift card. I was told that I would have to call the gift card company, but I explained that it should be the responsibility of Lululemon since they were the ones selling the card. A manager called the gift card company and after twenty minutes did not get any resolution. She tried another number, and they asked for my email and phone number so that they could contact me. It is my opinion that Lululemon is the one responsible for refunding the $100 for a non-working gift card THEY sold us. They are trying to shed the blame and in the meantime our money is tied up. When I walked into the store today, a lady in front of me in line was arguing the same problem with her gift card that said zero balance. The clerk told her that it was the fourth one she'd had this week.

I originally received a lululemon gift card on 3/11/24 for 50.00 for my birthday from a family member. I attempted to use the card for the first time on 4/20/24, the first day I actually opened the packaging. After removing the label to see the card number to enter in online, it had destroyed part of the pin. I contacted customer service several times and received the answer your card has no value and they can not help me. They said there was suspicious activity so they deactivated it. How do you just take someone’s money? I am first off offend and secondly disgusted. They basically just stole my money because of an on going issue on there end. There’s multiple complaints on the internet about faulty gift cards. Maybe you should fix the issue on your end instead of stealing people’s gift money. Secondly I am a first responder and would expect better service from a company who says they like to give back to them. What a joke!

I returned an item that was delivered back to Lululemon on 12/16/23. I still have not received my refund. I was told numerous times by different employees on their chat feature that it took 3-5 business days to process a return and the keep waiting. On the 5th business day I was told the return was processed and I would receive an email by the end of the business day confirming. It's been almost 2 weeks since they have received the returned item and still no refund.

I purchased a button-down shirt from Lululemon in fall of 2021, but after wearing it for the first time, orange bleach-like spots appeared on the underarms. I use a common deodorant, **** ***** + Care, that has never caused such a stain on any other garments. I assumed that the product, which is labeled as "Designed for On the Move" and contains a stretch fabric with holes for ventilation, was designed for active use- the kind in which an antiperspirant would also be used. However, upon attempting to return the product to this location, they claimed that the stains were "not due to an issue with our product." Considering that their product is the only unique variable to this situation, I am not sure what else the issue is derived from. Additionally, I am unable to return the product online because the company has suspended returns for performance issues until February of 2022. In conclusion, my complaint is that a $98 shirt, labeled for active use, is not able to be worn with deodorant (as evidenced by personal experience and many negative reviews on their website) and is not able to be returned due to management refusal and the online suspension of returns.
