On 4/21/2024 I brought my dog to PetMed Mobile for a bordatella vaccination. That was the only one he was missing and needed. I paid cash, went through the process, after they showed up late and made us all wait in the rain, and was promised that the record of the vaccination would be emailed to me. I made sure they had my contact information. I have called repeatedly. I have reached out over Facebook messenger. I have left commentary on their Facebook reviews. I have not received the promised records for my pet's vaccination. There is risk to double-vaccinating pets for the sake of securing appropriate paperwork. That this practice does not turn over records for vaccinations administered endangers the health of these animals and is completely unacceptable. I want my records sent to me complete and accurate. This is a component of the service for which I paid. Not only is my pet's welfare at risk because of their negligence, they have not fully satisfied the service for which they were paid. I purchased flea treatment, Revolution plus, for my at at the pet med mobile on 6-10-2023. When I used it on my cat she had a terrible reaction,scratched her neck until she had no fur & bad sores. I had to take her to the vet, ******,and there is information from the vet about the reaction on her paperwork. spent 350.00 to get her well. When I called Richland Creek I spoke with an older gentleman. He said he had to speak with someone in the business about my problem as he could not make the decision to refund my money with the return of my product. He called me back later that day & told me to take product back to pet med when it came back to Columbia for a refund as they could sell the remaining 5 doses. I did that, gave product to Jordan. She said they did not have enough cash for a efund on the truck but would pull my file Monday at Richland creek & refund to my credit card. She did take my 5 doses with her. When I called her Tues , she said she had contacted ******, which makes the Revolution, and opened a claim for me. She said they would also refund my vet bill.I have spoken to her a few times the first week, and offered to take over the claim myself to take them out of the middle. She said the vets office has to do this. I have called her numerous times for 2 weeks now and she will not answer my calls. I called ****** Friday, Sept 28th, and they said no claim has been presented for me. I left her numerous messages to just return my product & I will take care of this. My cat needs flea treatment now & I need my money to buy *******, the product I have used on he since she was spayed at the SPCA, with no adverse reaction. I have been a loyal customer of Pet Med for numerous years. Just spent 500.00 there in June. I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received.Initial Complaint

Paid for vaccination never received emailed receipt or copy of vaccination record. Called business many times and left many messages. Returned on 3/4/2023 with rabies tag from first visit as proof I had been there. They stated they did not have any record and would fix the situation. I paid for a second round of vaccines for my cat. I showed them a piece of paper with my email address clearly written out so I could have my receipts and vaccine record emailed. I still have not received anything. No proof of vaccines or receipt showing I paid for services. I need these for my cat to get neutered as soon as possible and they do not care. I am tired of calling with no rerun calls back. I would like my receipts/vaccine record or a full refund.
