      I’m still waiting on my records for vaccines. They are not answering the phone . This is unprofessional. I paid for this service. This is fraud

      I had my dog vaccinated on Saturday, October 14, 2023. I was told that I would receive an email with a copy of the vaccine record. I told them I had a grooming appointment the following Saturday and they need updated records, but they assured me I'd get them by email. Well, needless to say, I never received that email. I have called, and called, and called the 800 number for Pet-Med Mobile and it just rings, and rings, and rings. After 10 rings, you get message saying "the mailbox you're trying to reach is currently full". I have tried calling EVERY DAY for the last week. Finally, I called the office in Greenville and left a message over the weekend. They called me around 2 pm on Monday (today 10/23) and left me a message to call back, but didn't leave a name. I called back, and no one in the office knew what I was talking about. They told me I had to call the 800 number. I explained about that "800" number and was told that they couldn't do anything for me. This is a complete rip-off. I had to cancel my dogs grooming appointment, and if this keeps up I will also have to cancel the boarding I have set up for when I go on vacation next Wednesday. I am really disappointed in this company and will never use them again.

      went last year everything good got my receipt and shot records. This year didn’t get any plus it’s been days no email of shot records yet! I have an appointment I have to cancel now Update 2 weeks later no email no one answering the phone still!!! Rip off I needed the shots for grooming and pet hotel

      I was informed and verbally assured that my dogs vaccination record would have to be emailed. I did not receive the vaccine record, for which is needed for training as well as grooming. I has to cancel grooming andvwill now gave to cancel the trainer.

      I purchased 3 vaccinations for my dog 3 weeks ago. I was told an email would be sent that I need for the groomers and vets indicating she got her shots. No email has come. I have left 5+ voicemails and tried calling 10+ times and no answer. There has been no return call either from the Richland Creek Animal Clinic that sponsors this mobile service. I went to the next weekend's supposedly location at Cherrydale and over 20 people waited for over 30 minutes for a no show. I'm not sure if this is going out of business but I am certain it's bad business and needs to be addressed. Do not use this service!

      I went to richland creek to get a prescription for flee meds for my cat. they charged me more than the posted sign that said $25.00 for prescriptions. I was charged $30.00 when the sign posted on the wall said $25.00 for prescrs.I asked the lady why she was charging me more than the posted sign? She reached up and tore the sign off the wall but did not give me an answer.This is a very bad business practice. The reason I wanted the presc. was because they wanted to charge me $140.00 for 6 months supply.I found another source to get the same thing for $99.00.A savings of $41.00. I will never take my cat there again. You are not suppose to treat customers the way I was treated!

      This business has taken a sharp turn for the worst over the last year. My husband and I have been taking our oldest dog to Richland for over 5 years and were always generally satisfied with their service. That has drastically changed in the last several months. We welcomed a new puppy at the start of the year, and since that time we have been unable to render any basic services from Richland except for 1 initial wellness visit. We came in one morning because our dog was seriously ill and were told there were no vets present and were sent to another clinic. We've gone back on two occasions for basic services (neutering, heart-worm meds) and again told that no doctor was present that day or would be available soon. On top of that, they do not answer or return calls in a timely manner (up to a week to get a call back). In short, this clinic has been unable to provide basic veterinary care to us for months now. It seems unethical to continue operating a business that doesn't seem to have the staff or resources to render basic services.
