The physical therapists at the ****** ** location are very good and friendly. The helped me with my multiple joints pain.The biggest problem is that they lie about the cost of your therapy. I had received physical therapy multiple times throughout the years and with insurance it's simple to know the cost. What your deductible is and visit fees. However, they tell you one fee and then submit something totally different to the insurance company and you always end up receiving extra bills. I had to continue my therapy past what my insurance covers and that was even worse. I stop my therapy several months ago and I still receiving bills .The lady at the billing department refers you yo the office. And no one at the office can give you a straight answer. The only thing I got was that they never know what therapist fee is going to be. They are not a BBB company, they are from ******* so basically they can charge and do whatever they want. I had used Wake Orthopedics PT in ****** and *********** in **** in the past and never had to deal with something like this. I deeply regret going to **** PT. They are the most dishonest company I had ever dealt with. I even though the therapist are very nice they are part of the scam. I would definitely stay away from Cora Physical Therapy.Review from Tawny S

This place is very disorganized and takes advantage of clients seeking assistance. Based on reviews you can see they have a history of not informing guests about additional fees such as copays and additional amounts. This is my current experience. I was first concerned when I emailed twice about a breakdown of balances owed and didn't receive a response within that week. I and my attorney had both gotten off the phone with two different representatives who had given us drastically different information when it comes to balances owed. One representative stated there is an owed balance of $2054.00 while telling my attorney I owe over $4000 and staying this was due to copays and deductibles which had never been discussed. It's easy to see you guys make a business off of omitting this information and sneakily hiding it in the waiver, but this has been the first medical institution that doesn't inform of additional fees. Please stay away from this business, their predatory tactics and misorganization.

I am sorry to here that you are not happy with the experience you have had with CORA related to your billing. In researching your account, I do see that we have reached out to both you and your attorney and are in the process of finalizing your account settlement. In reviewing your account balance, I do see where your account was broken down to two separate admissions and the balance of one of those admissions agrees to the $2,054 that you listed in your review and the combined total of your two admissions matches the amount that we confirmed to your attorney. I do apologize if you having two separate admissions has caused confusion in understanding what your overall account balance is. We received balance requests from you on 2/1/22 and again on 2/4/22 and responded to you via email on 2/2/22 and again on 2/4/22 and provided you with an itemized balance of your account showing the correct balance in one of our responses to you and only the balance of one of your admissions in the other. I do apologize for that error. We have also been in direct communication with both you and your attorney via phone or voicemail several times during the past two weeks to explain all balances and to keep all parties aware of the status of your account. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or require any additional updates. Once again, I apologize if there were any miscommunications or misunderstandings related to your account.
