On 1/5/22 we booked a rental home with Carroll Realty and purchased travel insurance from this company for a rental home on 9/23/22 - 9/30/22. On 4/4/22 we found out that one of our travelers was pregnant with complications and under physician's care and could not travel at the time of planned travel. Filed a claim with a doctors note saying this traveler could not travel therefore we were canceling the reservation. This company contacted me saying my claim was denied. Pregnancy is not a cancelation reason! This traveler is a high risk pregnancy and under physicians care. She will be 39 weeks pregnant at the time of travel. We are in Indiana and the rental home is in South Carolina. This great distance is another cause of concern for this traveler. I feel that this company took our money for the insurance and not standing good for the situation we have.
