I am unable to attend the 2022 CCMF so o found a buyer of my ticket. With CCMF, the only way to sell my ticket securely is by emailing them, have them verify the order with the buyer and then transfer the order to the new buyer. I was told I'm November that once I found a buyer, to email them and they would start the process. I have sent numerous emails to them, also sent a message on social media, they have blocked me on all forms of social media so I had to create a new social media account, however, they have still not responded to me, or the buyer of my ticket. All I would like, is a response from them so that I can transfer this ticket, and recoup my money on the ticket.Business response
