On April 17th, I paid this company the second half of the quoted estimated that they provided me based on the requested work I needed for my yard. I have since had 2 conversations with Adrien (account manager) and have requested a call or visit from the owner concerning the fact that I paid $1775 to begin a landscaping project for our yard. Even though I was told on the initial visit that Advanced would be able to grind all the stumps (one large one from a previous cutting) I was later told that they couldn't do one that size and I needed to call a tree service. I have had to pay an additional $500 to another company to have the large stump ground but I also had to have tree stumps that I was told they WOULD NOT cut down because those trees were over 6' tall and Surfside would require a permit. They did cut those trees down but left the stumps 15" above ground. My yard is still FULL of roots and there are still 18 stumps throughout my yard that need to be ground. I paid Advanced to do a job and now that they have their money, they will not follow up and complete the work they were paid to do. I am including the quote we paid for as well as photos of the stumps and roots that are still all in my yard.Business response

The owner agreed to return and complete the job that was quoted to me. It has taken over a month to get this done which has caused this project to be extended to the point where other quotes I have received for having a concrete patio poured have expired and now I have to restart the next phase of this lawn overhaul. The company is supposed to come today (Monday, May 23rd) to remove or grind the rest of the stumps left from the job that was done on April 18th.
